Our products can be delivered all over the world. We ship our products using the following carriers: (USPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc.). The shipment time varies with the shipment distance. The exact shipping time depends on the standards of the carrier (USPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc.) and the shipping method you choose. Below are the time and cost of shipping to different areas FYI.

To be eligible for a resolution, please ensure that the item is unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please note: Original shipping fees and any applicable rush fees are non-refundable.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@dripnovawear.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Customized Items Because customized items are uniquely created for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective as outlined in Section 2.
4. How to Initiate a Request To ensure your request is processed successfully, please do not send your purchase back to any address on your package without contacting us first.

If a physical return is authorized, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return warehouse address.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Alternative Resolutions
Customer Responsibility (Size/Preference): If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., did not like the style, ordered the wrong size), you are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Please note that international return shipping can be costly. To save you time and shipping fees, our support team may offer an alternative resolution, such as a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped), DripNova will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Refunds If a refund (full or partial) is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Production:
After the purchase, the production time is about 7 – 9 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.

Returns:
We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER (Including Blank Jerseys) unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Modify:
Once you finish payment, the order cannot be modified.
Tariff Information:
Due to recent tariff changes, please be assured that there will be NO ADDITIONAL FEES for any orders. All costs will be fully covered by DripNovaWear.
