If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@dripnovawear.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Customized Items Because customized items are uniquely created for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective as outlined in Section 2.
4. How to Initiate a Request To ensure your request is processed successfully, please do not send your purchase back to any address on your package without contacting us first.

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER (Including Blank Jerseys) unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Modify:
Once you finish payment, the order cannot be modified.
