Our products can be delivered all over the world. We ship our products using the following carriers: (USPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc.). The shipment time varies with the shipment distance. The exact shipping time depends on the standards of the carrier (USPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc.) and the shipping method you choose. Below are the time and cost of shipping to different areas FYI.
Receiving Time = Production Time (7-9 business days normally ) + Shipping Time
For Example (Standard Shipping):
Receiving Time (19 business days) = 9 days for production time+10 days for shipping time
Typically, it takes about 7-9 business days to prepare your order, and shipping time is 8-10 business days. If your order choose Expedited shipping, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 7-9 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Customized Items Policy
Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence. After verification, we will arrange a replacement.

To ensure your return is processed successfully, please follow these requirements:
Non-customized products: For non-customized products, if you want to return them, please contact us at any time within 15 days to make a return request and provide a reason. All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached. Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the items along with applicable taxes but shipping and any rush fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. We encourage customers to inspect and try on all items as soon as they are delivered.
Tips:
All products must be packaged in accordance with our specified requirements to ensure safe delivery. Failure to comply may result in refusal of goods. In case of return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damage from rough play (grass stains, rips from slides)
Customer mistakes (wrong name/number submitted in design) -mproper care (bleaching, ironing directly on prints)
Normal wear (pilling, gradual color fading over time)

Production:
After the purchase, the production time is about 7 – 9 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.
Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
Returns:
We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER (Including Blank Jerseys) unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Modify:
Once you finish payment, the order cannot be modified.
Tariff Information:
Due to recent tariff changes, please be assured that there will be NO ADDITIONAL FEES for any orders. All costs will be fully covered by DripNovaWear.
